Waythrough is seeking a Recovery Coordinator – Criminal Justice based in Harrogate to manage a diverse caseload of adults involved in the criminal justice system. You will deliver person-centred recovery planning from assessment through to sustained recovery, coordinating with Probation, Courts and prisons to reduce harm and promote reintegration.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards this qualification.
• A relevant professional qualification in addiction studies, counselling, social work or related discipline desirable.
• Experience working with adults affected by substance misuse and understanding challenges in criminal justice system.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of adults in the criminal justice system and develop personalised recovery and treatment plans.
• Conduct triage, screening and comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and strengths.
• Deliver structured one-to-one psychosocial interventions and recovery-focused key working sessions.
• Coordinate with Probation, Courts, prisons and partner agencies to support recovery outcomes.
• Maintain accurate electronic case records and contribute to service quality and improvement.
