Job summary

Phoenix Futures seeks a Recovery Coordinator based in Chelmsford to support adults in recovery within Mid Essex. The role involves case management, care navigation, advocacy and strong multi-agency collaboration. The position is full-time and fixed-term until 31 March 2028, with opportunities for salary progression up to £28,000.

Travel within the Mid Essex area is required. You will join a team dedicated to recovery, with training and career development provided through our learning system.

Qualifications

• Experience in problematic substance use or mental health field.
• Proven ability to network and partner with services.
• Experience managing a caseload and strong organisational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Word; familiar with databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and care navigation for clients.
• Advocate and coordinate multi-agency services.
• Support clients to access a wide range of services.
