Forward Trust in Thurrock is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to support adults with drug and alcohol challenges within an integrated care framework. You will deliver psychosocial interventions, conduct assessments and create SMART care plans to empower recovery.

You'll manage caseloads, use motivational interviewing, run group sessions and collaborate with housing, healthcare and criminal-justice partners to ensure safe, holistic care and positive outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Deliver structured one-to-one interventions.
• Facilitate group-work sessions and support structured treatment programmes.
• Use motivational interviewing techniques to engage service users.
• Build partnerships with housing providers, employment services, healthcare professionals, probation and the criminal justice sector.
• Contribute to service performance targets and positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in clinical supervision; safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion embedded in practice.
