Zusammenfassung

Change Grow Live in the UK is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to assess and engage service users, ensuring timely access to interventions and tailored support. You will manage a caseload, facilitate groups, and promote recovery and social reintegration.

The role requires strong understanding of substance misuse, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently within partnerships. Dudley location, permanent contract, 37.5 hours weekly.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in substance misuse or related field is essential.
• Experience delivering groups/pods and managing group dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with good IT skills.
• Proactive, able to work on own initiative with strong time management.
• Knowledge of mental health interventions and best practices.

Aufgaben

• Support service users from entry through treatment and recovery.
• Provide screening, assessment, recovery planning and referrals.
• Maintain and manage a caseload.
• Reduce drug/alcohol harm and promote involvement of carers and community.
• Collaborate with professionals, agencies and stakeholders.
• Deliver structured group content and tailor workshops as needed.
• Lead debriefs with co-facilitators and review progress.
