Change Grow Live is recruiting Recovery Coordinators to work with the Southwest Prisons service, delivering psychosocial interventions to service users across the South West. You will assess engagement, plan recovery journeys, and refer to the right interventions, ensuring individuals access appropriate support in a timely manner.

The role involves shift patterns including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, with full-time 37.5 hours per week on a permanent contract.

Qualificações

• Strong understanding of substance misuse and related conditions.
• Experience facilitating groups or pods and managing dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and IT skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with good time management.
• Knowledge of mental health interventions and good practice.
• Team player with ability to collaborate with partners and stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to change prioritising service users' needs.
• Understand information governance and safeguarding requirements.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and staff development.

Responsabilidades

• Support service users from entry onward through treatment and recovery.
• Provide screening, assessment, and recovery planning with onward referrals.
• Reduce drug and alcohol related harm in the community.
• Promote involvement of carers, service users, and the community.
• Advocate for access to partner services.
• Support social reintegration and recovery-focused activities.
• Research and prepare materials for groups/pods.
• Deliver structured group content for users at different recovery stages.
• Debrief with co-facilitators and review progress and concerns.
• Tailor workshops (anger management, sleep, relationships, etc.).
