Change Grow Live is recruiting an ISFL Recovery Coordinator (Incentivised Substance Free Living) to assess and engage service users, ensuring access to appropriate interventions at the right time. The role is based at HMP Bristol with a 37.5-hour week and permanent contract.

Early applications encouraged as this is a rolling campaign. The role involves delivering structured programmes, planning annual leave around delivery dates, and working with a wide range of professionals to support recovery

Qualifications

• Understanding of substance misuse issues and related services.
• Experience in leading groups/pods and managing group dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with good IT skills.

Responsabilités

• Support service users from entry through treatment/recovery journey.
• Provide screening, assessment, recovery planning and referrals.
• Reduce drug and alcohol harm for service users and the community.
• Promote involvement of carers, service users and the wider community.
• Advocate for access to partnership services.
