Our team comprises of a brilliant and welcoming group of receptionists, administration staff, managers, doctors, nurses, healthcare assistants and a pharmacy team who are all here to help look after our patients in the local area.
Our Medical Receptionists perform a varied range of duties in order to support the day to day operation of the Practice. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of our surgery. There\'s a lot more to the role than just booking appointments. You will work closely with all our roles in the practice, GP\'s, managers, nurses, other clinical staff and of course the general public.
We are a practice with just under 11,000 patients. We are looking for someone to join us who is reliable, committed, enthusiastic, caring, who can work well under pressure and changing circumstances. You must be able to work as part of a team and act on your own initiative also.
Experience using computer based systems and customer service skills. Previous GP or NHS experience.
