Job summary

A health service organization located in the City of Edinburgh seeks a part-time Receptionist/Clerical Officer to deliver a professional administrative service. The role involves acting as the first point of contact for patients and managing appointments, alongside handling enquiries for health service professionals. Receptionist/Clerical Officer
Monday to Friday 12:00 to 16:00
Job Purpose

To provide a high quality, professional reception and administrative service to patients, doctors, staff, colleagues, health service professionals and others.

To act as the first point of contact for patients contacting the buildings and to portray NHS Lothian in the highest possible professional basis.

To provide reception and administrative support which includes arranging appointments, dealing with telephone calls and enquiries for visiting specialists and Community Teams based within the centres.
