Nuffield Health Brighton Hospital is seeking a Receptionist (Bank) to greet patients, answer enquiries and direct them to the right areas. This ad-hoc, part-time role supports the administration team with strong communication and IT skills.
You’ll help patients feel at ease, manage phone calls, book appointments and handle basic clinical paperwork. Experience in healthcare administration is ideal; training will be provided, with holiday and pension benefits included.

As a Receptionist at our hospital, you’ll have great communication, IT and keyboard skills. You’re also able to explain sensitive or complicated information in a way that’s clear, sympathetic and easy to understand. Ideally, you have experience of working in healthcare administration or on reception.
