Job summary

Nuffield Health Brighton Hospital is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join the Administration team on a part-time, ad-hoc basis. You will manage front-desk duties, greet patients and visitors, answer calls, and help directing people to the right areas with empathy and clear communication.

The role focuses on excellent service delivery in a healthcare setting, requiring strong IT and keyboard skills and prior experience in reception or healthcare administration. The hourly rate is £13.10.

Responsibilities

• Help people feel comfortable when they visit your department

• Work closely with colleagues to ensure the department runs smoothly

As a Receptionist at our hospital, you'll have great communication, IT and keyboard skills. You're also able to explain sensitive or complicated information in a way that's clear, sympathetic and easy to understand. Ideally, you have experience of working in healthcare administration or on reception.

As a Receptionist, you will:
