A local healthcare provider in Rushden is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to manage appointment systems and assist both patients and clinical staff. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in Office and Outlook, and preferably have prior experience in a GP practice. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring smooth operations in a busy healthcare environment.
The receptionistis responsible for undertaking a wide range of reception duties and providingsupport to the multidisciplinary team. Duties may include, but are not limitedto, greeting and directing patients, effective use of the appointment system,booking appointments, processing of personal information and assisting patientsas required
To actas a central point of contact for patients, the distribution of information, messagesand enquiries for the clinical team, liaising with the multidisciplinary teammember and external agencies such as secondary care and community serviceproviders.
