You will be the first impression a guest will have upon arriving at Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort, greeting guests, assigning rooms, taking payments and handling admin tasks with a friendly, professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and be the first impression of the hotel.
• Assign rooms and process payments; perform general administrative duties.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support smooth front-desk operations to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

What will I do?

You will be the first impression a guest will have upon arriving at the hotel, you’ll greet guests, assign rooms, tak e payments and general administrative duties. Ensure all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
