Job summary

Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is a 4* hotel in Grantham offering a welcoming guest experience at check-in and throughout stays. You will greet guests, guide them to their rooms, handle payments and perform administration in a busy, friendly environment.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, resolving guest inquiries, and maintaining high satisfaction levels while supporting hotel operations and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Experience in a customer facing role is preferred.
• Conflict resolution skills and calm under pressure.
• Strong time management and organisational abilities.
• Able to multi-task and handle busy periods.

Responsibilities

What will I do?

You will be the first impression a guest will have upon arriving at the hotel, you’ll greet guests, assign rooms, tak e payments and general administrative duties. Ensure all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Our hotel is set in acres of woodland with a 36-hole golf complex which has hosted numerous PGA tournaments.
