Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is a four‑star hotel in Norwich seeking a capable supervisor to lead a guest‑focused team in our busy hospitality operation. You will cultivate a high‑performing culture, ensuring consistency across service standards.

You will coach staff, upsell promotions and ensure training covers wine and spirits, delivering exceptional service and revenue growth for the business.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in hospitality food & beverage operations.
• Ability to lead a professional, efficient and service-oriented team.
• Good knowledge of wines and spirits to support guest recommendations.
• Strong motivator and team builder with coaching skills.

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.

• Previousexperience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department
• Ability of working in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation
• A good knowledge on wines and spirits
• Excellent team motivator and team builder
