Job summary

Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Norwich is seeking an approachable guest services coordinator to support the front of house team from reservation to arrival. You will handle direct and third-party requests and help upsell guest experiences.

The role emphasizes time management, organizational skills, and a friendly, proactive approach to customer service within a 4* hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administration role or within a hotel front of house role.
• Confidence to upsell guests and services.
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to problem solve and handle guest requests gracefully.

Responsibilities

What will I do?

Supporting the front of house team in the co-ordination and sales of the guest experience from initial reservation through to arrival and everything in-between! Dealing with all direct and third-party guest requests as well as completing daily checks on all reservations, identifying any potential upselling opportunities.
