The QHotels Collection is seeking a friendly front-of-house team member at Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House. You will greet guests, manage reservations and payments, and handle inquiries with a courteous, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service in a hospitality setting.
• Experience working in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to resolve conflicts calmly and effectively.
• Capable of handling high-pressure situations and multitasking.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

What will I do?

You will be the first impression a guest will have upon arriving at the hotel, you’ll greet guests, assign rooms, take payments and general administrative duties. Ensure all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
