Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort, part of The QHotels Collection, is seeking a hospitality supervisor in Norwich. You will lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, ensure service excellence, and drive revenue through upselling and exceptional training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department.
• Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation.
• A good knowledge on wines and spirits.
• Excellent team motivator and team builder.

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.

Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located in Norwich and is 4*, 166-bedroom property. Our hotel has beautiful garden views with an 18-hole golf course and the dining options include the Brasserie restaurant, Bunkers bar and a terrace bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
