Job summary

Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Norwich seeks a front-of-house host to deliver outstanding customer service at the reception. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and handle payments with a friendly, professional approach.

In this role you will respond to guest enquiries, resolve issues, and perform admin duties to support efficient front-desk operations. A passion for hospitality and multi-tasking under pressure is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to engage guests with a friendly, professional manner.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and support with check-in/check-out.
• Assist with room assignments and handle payments at reception.
• Respond to guest enquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth front-desk operations.

What will I do?

You will be the first impression a guest will have upon arriving at the hotel,you’ll greet guests, assign rooms, take payments and general administrative duties.Ensure all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner,always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
