Job summary

The Cliftonville, part of the Young's portfolio, is seeking a friendly Receptionist to deliver warm hospitality and outstanding guest service. You will be the first point of contact for guests, check-in arrivals, handle inquiries with a smile, and support the front desk with a proactive, team‑oriented approach.

You will bring experience in a similar environment, strong communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail, helping drive guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations.

What we look for in a Receptionist:

As the successful Receptionist you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality and desire to work as part of a team. You will have experience working in a similar environment, be an active team player with excellent communication skills and have very high standards and an impeccable eye for detail.

You will have a pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with our customers and team and demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls and ensure the financial credit and administration procedures are applied at all times.
