Job summary

The Cliftonville is a venue for all to love, delivering warm and generous hospitality with 30 boutique bedrooms and a growing weddings/events business. We are seeking a Receptionist who will deliver exceptional customer service, work as part of a friendly team, and contribute to driving sales and guest satisfaction.

Compensation is Minimum Wage, with weekly pay and a range of staff benefits. This role offers opportunities for development within the Young's portfolio, including access to training

Qualifications

• As the successful Receptionist you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality and desire to work as part of a team.
• You will have experience working in a similar environment, be an active team player with excellent communication skills and have very high standards and an impeccable eye for detail.
• You will have a pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with our customers and team and demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls and ensure the financial credit and administration procedures are applied at all times.
