Job summary

The Park, a Beautiful Town House Hotel in Cheltenham, is seeking a Receptionist to join Young'S Pubs. You will deliver outstanding guest service with a friendly, proactive approach and work as part of a team dedicated to hospitality excellence.

Ideal candidates will have prior hospitality experience, strong communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail. You will support sales growth through guest engagement and ensure smooth front-desk operations.

What we look for in a Receptionist:

As the successful Receptionist you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality and desire to work as part of a team. You will have experience working in a similar environment, be an active team player with excellent communication skills and have very high standards and an impeccable eye for detail.

You will have a pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with our customers and team and demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls and ensure the financial credit and administration procedures are applied at all times.
