Role Overview

The Receptionist works 37 hours per week, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, as the first point of contact for all visitors to the school. The role requires a highly personable candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Support the busy administrative team with additional duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Positive and friendly demeanour
  • Team‑working spirit with enthusiasm and energy
  • Excellent IT skills
  • High standards of written, face‑to‑face, and telephone communication with an eye for detail
  • Organised, prioritising workload effectively
  • Knowledge of BROMCOM is desirable; training will be provided if required
  • Previous school experience preferable but not essential
