A local healthcare provider in Bristol seeks a cheerful and motivated receptionist to join its team. The role involves managing patient interactions, handling administrative tasks, and supporting healthcare professionals. Full training will be provided, and flexibility is essential as the position requires evening hours.
Hartwood Healthcare is a busy GP practice. We are looking for a cheerful, motivated receptionist to join our team on a 20 hour a week contract. Willingness to be flexible is essential as we are open between 08:00 and 18:30 Monday-Friday. If you would like to work as a member of the Reception Team which values common sense, excellent communication and IT skills and who puts the interests of our patients at the heart of our service, please apply. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in general practice, although this is not essential as full training will be given.
Our chief commitment has always been to providing a high quality service for our patients. We have a friendly practice team. There are two partners, six part-time salaried doctors, one Advanced Nurse Practitioner, one paramedic, one pharmacist, two practice nurses who focus on long term condition management as members of a wider nursing team, receptionists, secretarial, clerical and IT support. At annual reviews, our assessors have commented that we are a well-organised and efficient practice. Our CQC standing is Good.
