A leading NHS Trust in Bath is seeking a dedicated reception staff member to provide excellent front-of-house service for patients in the Dyson Cancer Centre. The ideal candidate will have prior admin experience and a warm approach to patient care. Responsibilities include managing appointments, answering queries, and supporting clinical staff. This is a great opportunity to join our fantastic team in the Dyson Cancer Centre.
You will provide an appropriate “front of house” service to all patients who are undergoing consultation/treatment, principally with the RUH Haematology Oncology Department.
You will also provide a full comprehensive reception, bookings and clerical service in support of the professional staff involved in patient care.
