Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow is looking for a Reception Supervisor to lead the reception team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will coordinate receptionists, manage check-in/out, and provide information about hotel facilities and local services.

Strong communication, organization, and teamwork are essential, with a professional appearance and a proactive attitude. Experience in a similar hotel role and familiarity with Opera PMS are advantageous.

Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow is the only hotel with direct access to Terminal 2 and is directly connected to the underground, mainline and Elizabeth Line. The hotel has 369 rooms and some exciting food and beverage outlets, including the Runway Bar, which offers amazing views of the airplanes taking off and landing. It has five conference rooms for up to 65 people and features a state-of-the-art fitness centre.

A bit about what you will do...

Reception Supervisors in our team lead by example and support and enable our receptionist to provide our guests with excellent service throughout their stay.

• Coordinate and supervise receptionists on duty, support and assist when and where necessary.
• Ensure hotel reception is always manned, guests are acknowledged and are made to feel welcome.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local area.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Answering calls, allocating rooms, and preparing guests’ bills.
