Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a proactive Reception Supervisor to act as Duty Manager and lead our Reception team to deliver premium member experiences at our Cambridge club. You will mentor colleagues, coordinate with the management team, and uphold service excellence in face-to-face and phone interactions.

The ideal candidate has prior experience managing a customer-service led team, excellent communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The Reception Supervisor acts as Duty Manager, leading the Reception team to welcome members and provide a premium experience. Working alongside the management team, the role involves leading and mentoring the Reception team to provide service excellence to all members, whether face to face or through telephone queries.
