About the Role

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for members at a premium health and wellness club, welcoming members and providing a premium experience. The role involves managing member queries and bookings both face to face and by telephone while keeping the reception area clean, tidy, and presented to brand standards. The receptionist works as part of a team that values belonging, inclusion, and physical and mental wellbeing.
