David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Reception Supervisor to lead our busy front-of-house team and deliver a premium member experience. The role combines frontline service with Duty Manager responsibilities and coaching of the reception team.

• Has previous experience managing a customer service led team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Reception team to deliver service excellence.
• Act as Duty Manager to supervise front desk operations.
• Welcome members face to face and assist with queries.
• Collaborate with management to maintain premium member experience.
