Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Kettering is seeking a Reception Supervisor to lead the reception team and act as Duty Manager, delivering service excellence to members, in person or by telephone. The role focuses on a premium experience, staff development, and a welcoming club environment.

The ideal candidate will have customer-service leadership experience, a passion for service, and strong teamwork and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Reception team to provide service excellence.
• Welcome our members and support premium experiences.
• Act as Duty Manager in coordinating the reception operations.
• Mentor staff and ensure smooth handling of queries in person and by phone.
