About the Role

The Receptionist welcomes members and provides a premium experience by managing their queries and bookings both face to face and by telephone, whilst keeping the reception area clean, tidy, and presented to brand standards. The role is part of a team whose members are ambassadors of the business and the heart of what it does. The employer is seeking a passionate Receptionist to join the team.
