Village Hotels Bournemouth is seeking a friendly Reception Host to warmly welcome guests, guide them to self-service check-in terminals, and ensure smooth arrivals and departures with a human touch.

You’ll be the front-of-house face, handling guest inquiries, upselling food and beverages, and supporting a busy team with energy and professionalism. Prior hospitality experience is appreciated, but attitude matters most.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a bubbly personality.
• Hospitality or customer service experience is welcome but energy matters most.
• Confidence with guest interactions and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• The Welcome: deliver a warm, energetic greeting to every arrival and guide guests to self-service terminals, assisting as needed.
• The Problem Solving: handle complaints politely, read the situation, and resolve or escalate to a manager when required.
• The Environment: maintain a pristine front-of-house, answer questions, and upsell food and beverage offerings.
