• The Frontline Experience: read guest needs and balance tech speed with human empathy to leave a lasting impression.
• The Problem Solving: handle complaints politely on the spot and turn frustrated guests into loyal advocates.
• The Commercial Reality: drive upselling, manage wage costs, and hit ADR and 100% Club Fill targets.
• The Team Leadership: recruit high performers, coach daily, and hold regular coffee chats to build a supportive culture.
