Responsibilities

• The Welcome: Deliver a genuinely warm and energetic greeting to every arrival and direct guests to self-service terminals, offering hands-on help when needed.
• The Problem Solving: Handle guest queries and complaints politely, escalating to management when appropriate.
• The Environment: Maintain a welcoming front-of-house, keep the lobby tidy, and upsell Food & Beverage when appropriate.
