What will you do?
  • Welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Support the front desk by answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and taking accurate messages.
  • Assist with managing appointments, scheduling meetings, and maintaining organized calendars.
  • Help with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and preparing basic documents.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Coordinate deliveries, incoming mail, and office supplies as needed.
  • Provide general support to staff and assist with special projects when required.
