Responsibilities
  • Review and negotiation of facility agreements, security and ancillary documentation;
  • Review of property titles;
  • Review and negotiation of release documentation;
  • General Banking work;
  • Dealing with funders and negotiation of terms.
Requirements
  • 3-7 years' PQE, ideally gained in a regional or national firm
  • Strong experience across a range of banking and finance transactions
  • Excellent academic record and sound technical grounding
  • Commercially minded with strong client-handling skills
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, and confident in a growing team environment
  • Familiarity with offshore jurisdictions an advantage but not essential
