Our Real Estate office is looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Administrator who loves to provide exceptional service to our agents, clients, and customers.

This position is great for someone who has Real Estate experience (though not necessary) and is looking for a fulfilling position with an awesome team.

You currently live in the London area and are happy, outgoing, friendly, and task-oriented. You are systematic. You like structure. You are responsible, dependable, and trustworthy. You are consistent, follow procedures, and work well in high-energy and high-pressure situations.

Hours of Work: Weekdays (Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm) + additional shifts if required.

Responsibilities
  • Reception duties – answer telephones, confirm appointments, greet clients/walk-ins, input messages using the internal paging system
  • Brokerload – input MLS listings, upload photos, scan documents, process new listing documents (price changes, extensions), etc., enter listing information and appointment instructions into the front desk system
  • Offers – preparation of offers, amendments, waivers, and other related forms/ documents
  • Create and produce marketing pieces for our agents
  • Supplies – maintenance of office supplies
  • Facilities Maintenance - consistently ensure a clean and organized office space for the use of our agents, clients, and team members
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 1 to 2 years of working experience in Real Estate office administration preferred
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel), email, and the internet
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite
  • PC and MAC user
  • Ability and confidence to work alone and follow office protocols with minimal supervision
  • Experience using a database management system or scheduling system
  • Working knowledge of Publisher, PowerPoint, and Canva
  • Ability to multitask
  • Understand and use technology at a high level
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Punctual
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
Compensation

$45,000 yearly
