The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Real Estate Finance Senior Associate / Partner into their growing Manchester office

• You will join a high-performing Real Estate Finance team (L500 ranked) that is very busy, and as such they are seeking to hire a new Solicitor to join the department.
• This role comes with good prospects for progression, in line with the department growth, this includes partnership for the right individual.
• You will deal with a broad caseload that will span a wide range of industry sectors, the variety will make for an interesting role.
• The Property Finance department deals with an excellent quality of work, you will work closely with the firms highly ranked Real Estate department. Work will include; Advising lenders, borrowers, developers and intermediaries, covering every aspect of real estate finance and corporate lending. You will work across sectors in residential, commercial and retail property
• You will also support and mentor more junior members of the team
• You will join a friendly, dynamic and forward-thinking team.

Requirements

• You will be a Real Estate Finance Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE +
• You will have a solid grounding in asset finance law and will have a keen eye for detail
• First-class communication skills are essential
• You will receive a market leading salary that is dependent on your background and experience
