A leading US law firm in Greater London seeks a dedicated Associate to join their top-tier Real Estate Finance team. The position requires a Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience. The role focuses on financing international real estate assets and involves advising a diverse range of clients including financial institutions and investors. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven Associate to join a US firm’s top-tier Real Estate Finance team. The team advises a range of funds and trusts on their domestic and international financing needs, particularly in relation to complex loan matters.
To support the growth of their team, they are seeking an able and ambitious finance associate with a minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience. Much of this role focuses on the financing of international real estate assets, operational real estate assets (such as hotels, senior living, and student accommodation), senior and mezzanine structures, and preferred equity lending. The successful candidate will represent UK, European, and US financial institutions, insurers, and debt funds, as well as investors and sponsors.
