Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking an experienced Resident / Tenant Liaison Officer based in Workington to support a programme of planned works across properties in the North Lakes.

You will be the main contact for residents, ensuring they are kept informed and comfortable while works such as bathroom replacements and external rendering are carried out. The role requires coordinating between residents, site teams and contractors, arranging access, and travelling between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in a resident or tenant-facing role.
• Strong customer engagement and communication ability.
• Professional and empathetic approach when dealing with residents.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload.
• Knowledge of the North Lakes area is beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence is essential for travel between sites.

Responsibilities

Location: Workington, covering the North Lakes

Contract: Temporary, with the potential to become permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Start: ASAP

We are looking for an experienced

Resident / Tenant Liaison Officer to support a programme of planned works across properties throughout the North Lakes.

Based from the Workington office, you will travel between sites and act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the works. You will ensure they are kept fully informed, address any questions or concerns, and help minimise disruption to their homes.

Planned works will include:

• Bathroom replacements
• External rendering

Key responsibilities:

• Acting as the main link between residents, site teams and contractors
• Keeping residents informed before, during and after planned works
• Arranging appointments and access to properties
• Responding to resident enquiries and resolving any concerns
• Supporting vulnerable residents and identifying any additional requirements
• Maintaining accurate records of resident contact and feedback
• Travelling between sites across the North Lakes

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience working within

social housing

• Experience in a resident or tenant-facing role
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills
• A professional and empathetic approach when dealing with residents

• Knowledge of the North Lakes and surrounding areas would be beneficial
• A full UK driving licence, as regular travel between sites is essential
