Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) for a long-term project across the North West. The role centres on acting as the main contact between residents, site teams, and the client to ensure a smooth customer journey.

The position is a temporary-to-permanent role with a salary of £30,000 per year plus a Car Allowance. Expectregular travel across the North West region, with working hours from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (or similar role).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident dealing with residents in live environments.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage sensitive situations professionally.
• Retro-fit experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between residents, the Scheme Manager, and the client.

• Monitor, manage, and resolve resident complaints effectively.
• Work closely with the Site Project Manager to maintain clear communication on site.

About the Role

We are working with a well-established property maintenance company who is seeking an experienced Customer Liaison Officer to join their team on a long-term project across the North West.
