Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer for a long-term project across the North West. You will be the main point of contact between residents, site teams, and the client to ensure a smooth customer journey throughout the works.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to handle live environments, and organisational skills. Travel across the North West is regular, with a standard Monday–Friday pattern.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (or similar role).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident dealing with residents in live environments.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage sensitive situations professionally.
• Retro-fit experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between residents, the Scheme Manager, and the client.
• Build strong relationships with residents and address concerns professionally.
• Monitor, manage, and resolve resident complaints effectively.
• Work closely with the Site Project Manager to maintain clear communication on site.
• Coordinate and deliver social value and community engagement events.
