CS UK Recruitment Ltd has secured a fantastic new opportunity for a committed Nurse Deputy Home Manager to lead a brand new state-of-the-art care home in Holt, Norfolk. You will provide clinical and pastoral care, oversee governance, and lead nursing and care teams.

The role requires an NMC-registered nurse with Deputy/Home Manager experience, excellent CQC knowledge, and strong leadership to deliver person-centred care for residents with complex needs.

Qualifications

  • NMC registration required to practice as nurse in the UK.
  • Deputy/Home Manager experience is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC standards.
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with care professionals, families and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Support and deputise for the Home Manager and lead nursing and care colleagues.
  • Be the home's nurse expert combining clinical and leadership responsibilities.
  • Ensure governance, audit practices, and high-quality care delivery.
  • Develop care plans and assessments for residents.
  • Provide personalised, resident-centred care with the team.

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Nurse Deputy Home Manager to work in a brand new state of the art care home opened in the Holt, Norfolk area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

The latest flagship nursing home in historic Holt is the embodiment of elegance and luxury living, combining superb facilities. We are proud to offer residential, dementia, respite and nursing care in a beautiful and well-designed setting

As the Deputy Manager your key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, you will provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high quality clinical and pastoral care
  • You will be the homes nurse expert and your role will be a combination of utilising your nursing skills as well as your managerial and leadership skills
  • You will focus on residents with complex needs, so it’s vital that you can conform with the latest guidelines, take far-reaching decisions and maintain the highest levels of clinical governance, whilst regularly auditing practices and procedures
  • Care plan development and assessments
  • Look after all our residents alongside the team and offer personalised centred care
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
  • Previous Deputy Home Manager experience
  • The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide excellent services of care
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards
  • The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors and staffing teams
  • Good clinical skills
  • Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £52,000 - £55,000 per annum - Pay frequency is monthly.
