Rotherwood in Holt, Norfolk is seeking an experienced Deputy Care Manager (Nursing) to assist the Home Manager in leading a nursing care service and delivering safe, compassionate, high-quality care. The role focuses on clinical leadership, audits, risk management and safeguarding within a resident-centered environment.

The ideal candidate is an NMC Registered Nurse with Deputy Manager experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a thorough knowledge of CQC standards and clinical
