Job summary

TipTopJob is recruiting a Deputy Home Manager/RN for a brand new state-of-the-art care home in Holt, Norfolk. You will lead and deputise for the Home Manager, delivering excellent clinical and pastoral care in a luxurious setting.

The role combines nursing expertise with strong leadership, quality governance, and care planning to support residents with complex needs in a person-centred environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
• Deputy Home Manager experience preferred.

As The Deputy Manager Your Key Responsibilities Include

• Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, you will provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high quality clinical and pastoral care
• You will be the homes nurse expert and your role will be a combination of utilising your nursing skills as well as your managerial and leadership skills
• You will focus on residents with complex needs, so its vital that you can conform with the latest guidelines, take far:reaching decisions and maintain the highest levels of clinical governance, whilst regularly auditing practices and procedures
• Care plan development and assessments
• Look after all our residents alongside the team and offer personalised centred care

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Previous Deputy Home Manager experience
• The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide excellent services of care
• Good working knowledge of CQC standards
• The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors and staffing teams
• Good clinical skills
• Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
