CBW Staffing Solutions Limited in North Greenwich, South East London, is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to service a large mixed-use estate with no call out.

You will perform M&E and fabric planned and reactive maintenance across 17 buildings on a single site, gaining experience across high-end residential and commercial spaces. Hours are Mon-Fri, 08:00–17:00, with a competitive salary and benefits.

Formación

• Mechanically or Electrically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2
• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
• High End Residential Experience
• Honest, hard working and reliable

Responsabilidades

• Carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance / installation across a large static site (Mixed Used Development including commercial offices, High end residential and sports venues).
• Work with the on-site maintenance team (6 Engineers over 17 buildings).
• Monitor and maintain Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units, BMS, UPS readings, and general building fabric.

Maintenance Engineer - North Greenwich, South East London - Up to £42,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in North Greenwich, South East London. I am currently recruiting for an Maintenance Engineer to be based at a large mixed used estate situated by North Greenwich, South East London. The successful candidate will be Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance / Installation across this large static site (Mixed Used Development including commercial offices, High end residential and sports venues).

Working with the maintenance team on site (6 Engineers over 17 buildings). He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands on experience of the below. Our client is happy to consider maintenance engineers who have completed their apprenticeships who have some commercial building maintenance experience but want to learn. • Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
• General building fabric
• Statatory Compliance

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 hour week)
