CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a large mixed-use estate in North Greenwich, South East London. The role focuses on M&E and fabric maintenance across a busy site with offices, high-end residential and sports venues.

You will join a team of six engineers, work Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00, and apply your mechanical or electrical trade certificates. Overtime is available and a competitive salary plus pension and holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Mechanically or Electrically qualified - provide copies of trade certificates.
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 required.
• Proven track record in commercial or property maintenance.
• High end residential experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to cover a large estate.

Responsabilités

• Carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across a large static site.
• Collaborate with a maintenance team of six engineers across 17 buildings.
• Maintain lighting, emergency lighting, AHUs/FCUs, chillers, water treatment, plumbing, and BMS.

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in North Greenwich, South East London. We are currently recruiting for an Maintenance Engineer to be based at a large mixed used estate situated by North Greenwich, South East London. The successful candidate will be Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance / Installation across this large static site (Mixed Used Development including commercial offices, High end residential and sports venues).

Working with the maintenance team on site (6 Engineers over 17 buildings). He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands on experience of the below. Our client is happy to consider maintenance engineers who have completed their apprenticeships who have some commercial building maintenance experience but want to learn. • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Re-set
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
• General building fabric
• Statatory Compliance
• HIU'sHours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 hour week)

Requirements

• Mechanically or Electrically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
