CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a large static estate in Battersea, South West London. The role offers a Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 schedule with no call-outs and a clear pathway for career progression.

Ideal candidates hold Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 & 3) and have proven commercial/property maintenance experience, preferably in high-end residential settings, with strong customer

Responsabilidades

• Carry out M&E and fabric planned and reactive maintenance on a large static site.
• Perform lighting, emergency lighting, and power distribution tasks.
• Maintain air conditioning units, humidity control and chillers.
• Monitor water treatment, plumbing and wastewater systems.
• Oversee BMS monitoring, UPS readings and general fabric works.
• Ensure statutory compliance and safe, reliable estate operations.

Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Battersea, South West London - Up to £45,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in Battersea, South West London. I am currently recruiting for an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / plumber to be based at a large residential estate situated by Battersea, South West London. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or plumber with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance / Installation across this large static site.

Working with the maintenance team on site (3 Engineers). He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands on experience of the below. Our client is happy to consider mechanical engineers or plumbers who have completed their apprenticeships (Must have C&G Level 2 as a minimum) who have some commercial building maintenance experience but want to learn. • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Re-set
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
• General building fabric
• Statatory Compliance
• HIU'sHours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 hour week)

Requirements

• Electrically, Mechanically or Plumbing qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 & 3
• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
• High End Residential Experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Happy to cover a large estate
• Honest, hard working and reliable

Package

• £45,000 depending on experience
