CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a large mixed-use estate in North Greenwich, South East London. The role covers M&E and fabric maintenance on a static site including offices, high-end residences and sports venues, with a team of engineers on site.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. Requirements include mechanical or electrical qualifications (trade certificates), City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2, and a proven maintenance background with strong customer

Qualifications

• Mechanically or Electrically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates.

• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
• High End Residential Experience

Responsibilities

• Perform M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across a large static site (Mixed Used Development).
• Carry out lighting tasks including fault-finding, lamp replacements and control panels.
• Maintain emergency lighting, AHU/FCU and related systems.
• Inspect and reset chillers; monitor water treatment and temperature checks.
• Plumbing work such as unblocking toilets; monitor and maintain BMS and UPS readings.

Maintenance Engineer - North Greenwich, South East London - Up to £42,000

I am currently recruiting for an Maintenance Engineer to be based at a large mixed used estate situated by North Greenwich, South East London. The successful candidate will be Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance / Installation across this large static site (Mixed Used Development including commercial offices, High end residential and sports venues). Working with the maintenance team on site (6 Engineers over 17 buildings). He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands on experience of the below. Our client is happy to consider maintenance engineers who have completed their apprenticeships who have some commercial building maintenance experience but want to learn. • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)

• Water Treatment (Temperature checks)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 hour week)
