CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd in Battersea, South West London is seeking an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (or plumber) for a large residential estate. You will perform M&E and fabric maintenance across the site, with a focus on electrical, mechanical and plumbing scopes.

The role offers a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with no on-call requirement. A minimum C&G Level 2 and City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 are expected, plus experience in high-end residential property maintenance.

• Electrical, mechanical or plumbing qualification; ability to provide trade certificates

• Proven track record in commercial or property maintenance

• Excellent customer service skills

Mansioni

• Carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across a large static site
• Work with on-site maintenance team (3 engineers)
• Cover electrical, mechanical and plumbing scopes as listed
• Ensure statutory compliance and site safety
• Maintain lighting, emergency lighting, AHU/FCU, BMS, UPS and general fabric

Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Battersea, South West London - Up to £45,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in Battersea, South West London. I am currently recruiting for an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / plumber to be based at a large residential estate situated by Battersea, South West London. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or plumber with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance / Installation across this large static site.

Working with the maintenance team on site (3 Engineers). He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands on experience of the below. Our client is happy to consider mechanical engineers or plumbers who have completed their apprenticeships (Must have C&G Level 2 as a minimum) who have some commercial building maintenance experience but want to learn. • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Re-set
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
• General building fabric
• Statatory Compliance
• HIU'sHours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 hour week)

Requirements

• Electrically, Mechanically or Plumbing qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 & 3
• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
• High End Residential Experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Happy to cover a large estate
