• Air Conditioning: AHU/FCU maintenance, filter changes, cleaning.
• Water treatment: temperature checks, dosing.
• Plumbing: unblocking toilets, replacing taps.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Commercial Building - Knightsbridge, London- £47,000

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial building in Knightsbridge, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Mechanical building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £47,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday - Split shifts 0700-1600 and 0900-1800 on a weekly rotation

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor mechanical plant
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
• Monitor the BMS systems.
• Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
• General building fabric
• Escort specialist subcontractors
